Consider healthy wine because it has benefits for cardiovascular system. Moderate consumption of wine is linked to lowering the risk of heal disease and other conditions. Wine has all of the healthy things we are looking for our healthy food we eat:

Bubble Bath time

Preparation

  • Time to get naked is up to you :>}
  • Turn on some very soothing music, probably instrumental something very calming and tranquil.
  • dim the lights,
  • light some candles of your favorite fragrance.
  • Make sure the temperature is just right, not get it to hot (you don’t want to dry your skin out),
  • use your special bubble bath and add that your favorite bath oil that makes your skin feel so smooth,
  • get the bubbles all over the tub so you will just be floating in them when you get in.
  • the glass wine is right there close by.
  • if you think you get dehydrated easily be sure you also have a glass of water there to drink.
  • A little fruit to nibble on would be nice
  • Be sure you have a big fluffy towel to wrap around you when you get out of the tub, so you will be really cozy.

Ready to go

  • Slide into the tub
  • While you are taking your bathy pamper yourself do a little body scrub using your favorite gentle cleanser
  • use a loofah or washcloth for exfoliator.
  • Relax, close your eyes,
  • take deep breaths,
  • sip your wine,
  • Just lay there and relax as long as you want
  • I decide I’m done when the water gets way to cold or my body has turned into a prune.

What next?

  • The relaxation doesn’t end at the end of the bath.
  • Wrap yourself up in that bit cozy towel and get most of the moisture off of you
  • Now pamper yourself, take the time to moisturize your skin with a good nourishing body lotion (I’ve read it is good to do moisturizing when your skin is a little damp, so this is a perfect time.
  • wrap yourself back into the cozy robe.
  • How about a cup of herbal tea, with a simple shortbread cookie.
  • Then lounge in your favorite spot or maybe go to bed, i find going to bed is the best idea because I fall asleep if I lounge and who know when I wake up.

A very simple healthy dinner

I have the perfect healthy menu for you:

    • Our lean protein will be grilled chicken breast grilled seasoned with your favorite herbs and spices. My standby is a salt and garlic season, and with chicken I love a little lemon squeezed on it or you can find the lemon pepper.
    • Our vegetable, variety of colorful vegetables on a backed sheet for roasting. I love broccoli, bell peppers (red & Green), zucchini, & carrots. Toss them in a little olive oil, salt, & pepper (here again the salt & garlic seasoning is great). Roast until slightly caramelized. Roasting will helps maintin their nutritional value as we;; as enhances their taste.
    • Whole grain of Quinoa would be a great compliment. It is high in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. If you haven’t tried it, it is great.
    • Never to many any Fresh veggies, so add a simple salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers with a light vinaigrette.
    • Of course you want to add a Fine wine with this beautiful dinner.
