Doxies Mom pets is a retired widow, my family Doxie are Doxies. My husband and I never had children we had pets. Prior to moving I also had cats, who I miss badly. My furry friends are definitely are my Family.
Doxies Mom Pets Heartache
It is very sad to, but since I wrote this I have lost both of my Doxies. I am no longer a Doxie Mom, but in my heart I always will. I am back to being a cat mom.
There are so many things that are said about that are so true, some of my favorites:

Doxies Moms Pets, life with pets
I know the Black Dog doesn’t look like a doxie, she is a Belgium Shepard. Size doesn’t make any difference. They are all one family. You are looking at Bandit (black doxie), Punkin (red doxie), and Princess (the Belgium). Punkin had a little sis named Penny, but we lost her cancer. We miss her a lot, she was a very sweet pup.
Growing up with Doxxie Mom pets
I currently live in Washington State, but I was born and raised in Montana. We always had pets as a part of our family. Our first dog was a cocker spaniel named Boy, mom said he got that name because I couldn’t say his real name so I called him Boy.
We never had a doxie, but we did have a Bassett Hound. I remember he was so cute, he would trip on his ears and fall down and we would have to pin up his ears while ate or they would be covered with food.
We had 2 siamese cats, Kim and Mephistopheles, they were so pretty beautiful blue crossed eyes.

And it was Montana of course we had horses, my first was Montana, she was an older horse. A pinto and part shetland, she was a cranky old gal when I was getting on her she would turn around and try to bite me on the butt. I did survive her and did move on to other horses and rode a horse named Princess, she was part Arabian and all black. A very beautiful horse and very fast, I rode her for barrel racing & Pole bending in our amatuer rodeos (fun frolics). My those were the old days.
I was introduced to Doxies at a young age because their were Doxies Mom’s in my family. Both my Grandparents and my 2 aunts had Doxies. They all had the short hair smooth standard size doxies. My doxies are long hair miniature doxies.
Doxies Mom and her husband start a family
As soon as my husband and I moved into a house, we immediately decided because we had a yard ‘that meant we could get a dog’. Of course my husband was also an animal lover, he would have to be. Yes, Bud headed to the animal society to find us dog. He decided it would best that I didn’t go, because he knew if I went there would be more than one dog coming home with us.
Names of pets in our Family
Now the tough question? What are we going to name him? Bud brought home a beautiful pup who is probably german Shepard and husky. We decided we can’t give him a ordinary old name that other people would pick. It has to be special. So what Bud comes up and I agree with, we will name all of our pets after liquor (no we really aren’t big boozers), but this would be fun. When you read this you will see it was fun and our family and friends also enjoyed it.

Doxies Mom Pets and the Feral cats
It started in 2008. a friend had found a Feral cat and had brought him in but he could not keep him so he kept him to me. He had spend a lot of time with him and you couldn’t tell he was feral and he was alway was around my friends Belgium Shepard. I instantly fell in love with him and also I hadn’t had a cat for awhile and I missed not having a cat around. What do I call him? It came up pretty fast, he became a Turbo. He was a terror running and having fun, he was like a Turbo engine going all of the time. So much to watch.

A year goes by and I get a call from the same friend, this time he has found kittens that the mama has left behind. they need help they could die. Pretty soon I have 3 little kittens, thank goodness they are old enough that they can eat. So my thought is with a lot of love and a lot of food they are going to be fine. *A note: There is not doubt these kittens had the same mama as Turbo had. They look exactly the same and even have the little kink at the end of the tale.
We decide that we need to make sure that they are kept safe, so my friends takes a small kennel and attaches it to a larger kennel so we can use the small kennel for their liter box and the big kennel if their home to play in, which has a top on it.
Who said you can’t train a feral cat
Also our focus is also is acclimate them to people, after all they are Feral cats so it might take a while to settle into living in a house and being around people. I had to make sure I spent time with each one them so they would get used to be held and petting.
Now names, I don’t know for some reason I started one of them Twerp so I decided that would be one. Then I thought ok I have Turbo and Twerp, so I decided they all would be T’s. They ended up with Twitt & Teger to end it out. It worked out really good, as they got older I could just call come on T’s and they knew I was calling all of them.
It did work out, until I had to move and I couldn’t take them with me. Broke my heart and it still is. They are in good homes so they are doing good. But I miss calling my 4 T’s.
Happy Ending for Doxies Mom Pets
Don’t you like happy endings? This one is really great, I know God was looking over me and Twerp. Not long after my 2 Doxies passed away I received a call from a Cat Rescue Organization. They had found one of my cats (microchip). It was Twerp. Interesting enough I had talked to person I had given to a few months and told him that I would really like to get him back. He told me he gave me (which irated me because when I gave them away I said if they couldn’t take care of them I wanted them back). Obviously I didn’t try to get hold of that person, because there was no way I would give her away again. Also I lost his #. Twerp & are doing very good. We needed each other and belong together.
Let’s take good care of your 4 legged family
We do everything we can to keep ourselves healthy, here is something that will keep fido healthy and energetic. It is time to try K-9 prevail it is GREAT! Your pup will love you for getting it for them. You will be happy you got it for them when you see the smiles on their faces.
With all of the pets, I need a way to save
I found a great membership that I could get help with needs that I need for my pets, including Pets Insurance. I looked into Savings Highway Global. You can start at $20 a month and you will find that you can quickly save that money. Then take a look at the higher level plan that will help you save money all the way up to a car, etc. It is is a great plan. Also if your friends want to join they can join under you, if there are 3 of them you will end up with a free membership, then from there start making money. It is a great deal. Amazing!
