Life is not always moving forward according to your plan or intentions. The question is how will you respond to it? I believe everything happens for a reason and in the perfect timing. One thing I learned to a deep degree is the more you let go of trying to control any outcome, the less attached I am to what we label as a “negative” experience.

Life is sometimes is very confusing Happiness?

We are always looking for answers, how can we be happy/happier.  What is my happiness?  What is yours, isn’t definitely mine!  Sometimes we sign up for a quick self help course or some go to a psychologist.  I have tried both but this time I knew I needed something different, then I came across a man, Jeroen on Facebook.  I followed him for a few years, there was something about him that fascinated me and I liked what I saw and heard.  No, he wasn’t selling anything. I was more of a voyeur.  He seemed to be a happy nomad, what a life.  I wasn’t looking for his life, it was the peace and happiness that his life seemed to have.    I decided that it was time to reach out to him.

The last year has been an adventure

I traveled to places I have never been before (not world wide traveling) but through my mind, past, my actions, my reasoning, and learning more about myself as a result helped me understand (My Story).  I have learned more about my story and my learnings which have helped me to a new way to be happier and to see a happier future. Since I am a retired widow in her 70’s. it is bound to sounds far out for some of yourOne is never to old to be curious!
